This is a fat-positive poster I made in response to a horribly fucked up diet book I found called “Thin Within.” On the left hand side is a list of affirmations I found in that book. You are supposed to look in the mirror every day and straight up lie to yourself. On the right hand side is a list of affirmations I wrote to counteract the horrible ones they provided. I made this poster to distribute amongst friends, so if you are interested in a copy, I would love to give you one. Also, I burnt that book when I was done with it. Fuck. That. Shit.
